3.1 Subscription Plans: SitePuff offers monthly and annual subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $129/month
• Annual Plan: $100/month (billed annually at $1,200)

3.2 First Month Free: New customers receive their first month of service free of charge. After the free month, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged.

3.3 No Setup Fees: There are no setup fees or initial costs to start using our Services.

3.4 Payment Method: You must provide a valid credit card or payment method during signup. By providing your payment information, you authorize SitePuff to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account.

3.5 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3.6 Price Changes: SitePuff reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Existing customers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

4.1 Domain Registration: As part of your subscription, SitePuff provides and registers a custom domain name for your website at no additional cost.

4.2 Domain Ownership and Usage Rights: While your subscription is active, you have full usage rights to your domain name and professional email addresses. However, the domain name is registered and managed by SitePuff on your behalf. You understand and agree that:

• The domain name remains under SitePuff's administrative control during your active subscription
• You cannot transfer the domain to another registrar or hosting provider while maintaining your subscription
• You cannot use the domain or email addresses with other platforms or services outside of SitePuff's infrastructure
• The domain and email are provided as part of your managed service package

4.3 Service Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription or your account is terminated:

• You will lose all rights to use the domain name and associated email addresses
• SitePuff is not obligated to transfer the domain to you or another provider
• All email accounts associated with the domain will be deactivated
• Website content may be provided to you upon request within 30 days of cancellation

4.4 Domain Alternatives: If you prefer to maintain independent ownership of your domain name, you may purchase and manage your own domain separately and provide it to SitePuff for use with our Services. In this case, you retain full ownership and transfer rights to your independently purchased domain.

5.1 Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting your dedicated account manager or emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5.2 No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel during a billing period, you will retain access to Services until the end of that period, but no refund will be issued for unused time.

5.3 Free Month Cancellation: You may cancel during your free first month without any charges. If you cancel before the free month ends, your payment method will not be charged.

6.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide for your website, including text, images, logos, and other materials.

6.2 License to SitePuff: By providing content, you grant SitePuff a non-exclusive license to use, display, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing Services to you.

6.3 SitePuff Property: The website templates, code, design elements, and SitePuff branding remain the intellectual property of SitePuff.

7.1 Uptime: SitePuff strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites, though we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7.2 Support: All customers receive access to a dedicated account manager for updates, changes, and support requests.

7.3 Response Time: We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 business day.

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Illegal activities or content
• Spam, phishing, or malicious software distribution
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Adult content or services
