At SitePuff, we're committed to your satisfaction. We build your website for free and you only pay when you're ready to launch. This means you can review your website completely before making any payment commitment.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your website or our service within the first 30 days after payment, we'll provide a full refund—no questions asked.
To request a refund within the 30-day period, simply contact us at [email protected] or through your dashboard support chat.
After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue partial refunds for:
- Extended service outages caused by SitePuff
- Failure to deliver promised features or services
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion and will be prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- Your data will be retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate
- After 90 days, your website and data will be permanently deleted
Note: Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund, please follow the refund request process outlined above.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom domain registration fees (paid to third-party registrars)
- Third-party service fees (e.g., Google Workspace, payment processing fees)
- Setup fees for custom integrations or special requests
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- It may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company
Billing Disputes
If you notice an incorrect charge or billing error, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve billing disputes within 5 business days.
Please do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and additional fees.
Annual Subscription Refunds
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the subscription period, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you have a unique situation that doesn't fit our standard refund policy, please contact us. We'll review your case individually and work with you to find a fair solution.
